Hi Rebecca, Most of the subdivisions in Kingwood have structures in which the backyard is larger in proportion to the front yard. The common placement of the structures is toward the front of the lot within 15 to 25ft of the street. As the lot size of the property is increased, in most cases the backyard is enlarged. A great way to view the properties is on a site like Google’s satellite view or HCAD’s plat maps which will give a good idea of the size of the backyard to the front.
